How Does It Work?
1. Purchase "Repair service" for your key
2. Send your faulty key fob (no keyrings please) for repair in a jiffy bag using Recorded Delivery with return address to:
FOBFIX, 28 North View, Wilsden, Bradford, BD15 0NH
Please include a short note detailing your fault.
3. Service will be completed and key will be dispatched next working day after repair.
4. Key will be returned via 1st class recorded Royal Mail delivery as a standard
NB "Next day before 1pm" delivery is available to purchase at additional cost
Our Guarantee
Your successful repair is guaranteed for parts and labour for twelve months from repair.
We have a very high success rate but occasionally a fob cannot be repaired. For fobs that have extensive faults we will contact you and explain the fault in plain and simple terms. You will then have the option to cancel your purchase.
In the unlikely event that repair is not possible we will refund your FULL payment including postage and return your fob.
